At Auraaromas, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All orders placed on Auraaromas are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Order processing includes verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email along with tracking details.
We currently ship across India using reliable third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, and regional accessibility. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout. Any promotional offers related to free shipping are time-bound and subject to change without prior notice.
We ensure that all products are packed using secure and protective packaging to prevent leakage, breakage, or damage during transit. However, once the package is handed over to the courier company, delivery control lies with them.
Auraaromas is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
In such cases, re-delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Any errors in the address, phone number, or pin code may result in delayed or failed delivery. Auraaromas is not liable for losses arising from incorrect customer information.
We strongly recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If you notice:

Leakage
Opened seals
You should refuse the delivery and immediately contact our support team at support@auraaromas.com with photos or videos.
If you accept delivery without inspection and later report damage, the claim may be rejected due to lack of proof.
In case of non-delivery:
First, check the tracking status
If marked delivered but not received, report within 24 hours
Our team will investigate with the courier partner
If the courier confirms loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and make payment. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD purchases.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is only possible before dispatch confirmation.
We do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned on the website.
Auraaromas does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times. All delivery timelines are estimates based on operational logistics.

Refused delivery
Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid.
