Refund & Return Policy (Auraaromas)
At Auraaromas, we take pride in delivering premium-quality inspired perfumes that meet high standards of hygiene and authenticity. Due to the nature of fragrance products and strict quality control, we have a structured Refund & Return Policy to protect both our customers and our brand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
Perfumes and fragrance products are personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold, and therefore cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.
Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong product
The product is missing from your order
The product has leakage or manufacturing defects upon delivery
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue must be shared
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. This is non-negotiable because delays make verification unreliable.
Once your request is submitted, our quality control team will review the evidence. If approved:
A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
Or a refund will be initiated to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Fragrance not matching personal preference
Product opened or partially used
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Delayed delivery caused by courier companies
Minor packaging damage without product leakage
Perfume selection is subjective. If you purchase a fragrance and do not like its scent profile, it does not qualify for a refund. You are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
In cases where a replacement is approved but the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
A refund
A replacement with another product of equal value
Auraaromas reserves the right to reject any refund or return request if:
The product shows signs of use
The packaging is missing or altered
The claim is found to be false or misleading
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers must provide valid payment details for processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error (wrong or defective product).
All approved refunds are made only to the original source of payment. We do not issue cash refunds or store credits unless explicitly stated.
We strongly recommend that customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This acts as proof in case of damage, missing items, or wrong products. Claims without evidence may be rejected.
Auraaromas reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
